56bet Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

Use of the 56bet platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must meet ALL of the following conditions to open and operate an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 56bet strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must register using accurate, truthful personal information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You may hold only one account on 56bet. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the details of others — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of 56bet or any of its affiliated companies.

56bet performs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts before withdrawal requests are processed. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport) and may include proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

56bet supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via Bangladeshi local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign currency transactions are supported. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The following rules govern all financial transactions on 56bet:

Deposits and withdrawals are final once confirmed. 56bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or events outside of our control. Players experiencing payment issues should contact 56bet customer support via live chat, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All bets placed on 56bet are subject to the following general rules, as well as the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or game type selected. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and sport- or game-specific rules, the sport- or game-specific rules shall prevail:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including the event, market selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. 56bet will not reverse confirmed bets due to player error.
• In the event that an event is postponed, cancelled, or otherwise unable to proceed under the conditions at the time the bet was placed, 56bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes in full. Specific void rules for individual sports are published on the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, game engine failures, or data feed interruptions — 56bet reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets. No liability will be accepted for losses incurred as a result of a technical malfunction beyond the return of the relevant stake.
• Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applied to a bet are those in effect at the exact time the bet is confirmed, not those displayed when the selection was first made.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 56bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates financial crime under applicable law.
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or engaging in any form of coordinated dishonest play to obtain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the 56bet platform, its software, or its content without express written permission.

56bet employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, 56bet reserves the right to act immediately and without prior notice, including freezing accounts, withholding funds pending investigation, and sharing relevant information with law enforcement or payment network operators as required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 56bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, even if 56bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

56bet's total liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their 56bet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits 56bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

56bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered account holders via the platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or to address urgent security concerns, in which case changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the 56bet platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your account balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in these Terms.
